Worst customer service manager (Jorge)

Asked the manager to open another register if possible since we have waited in line for 30 mins and the line is 15 people long. The manager (Jorge) simply said NO without even being apologetic. Awesome customer service Jorge thank you.

Overall
Be cautious at this Dishonest store

I was in to buy the new evo, cell phone, after being on the waiting list i was called for an appointment on that same dame day on July 6th, so i changed my days schedule to be there on my appt time, after waiting past my appointment time i stepped out for 15 min ...even confirmed with the sales person it was 15 min, and still waiting long past my appointment time the sales clerk began to help a customer that wasn't even his appointment time, and it just so happened that the manager text the clerk to stop the selling the evo cell phones even though i have been waiting 1 hour 10 min including the 15min i stepped out, being upset i called the corporate office, i was put on hold by corporate to find out there side of the issue, the sales clerk lied and told corporate that they stopped selling because the cells weren't be activated, I informed corporate that she was lied to because i was there when the customer that was helped before his appt. time and his cell was activated,....corp. really valued me as a customer but as for the store manager and sales team them selves, I feel there liars who lied to corporate and a manager who was either to lazy or doesn't value his customers... IF YOUR A BIG SPENDER LIKE I AM AT BEST BUY'S THINK IF YOU WANNA BUY FORM A STORE THATS LIES TO THERE CORPRATE OFFICE AND DOSENT VALUE THERE customers .. If you do buy from them be cautious

Bad Experience

I went to buy my first Plasma TV before Black Friday. I got a good deal for a Samsaung 42' so I went ahead and took it. I went to checkout but the cashier rang me up wrong, it took the manager 15 minutes to go over there and override her mistake. Come to find out, it was Home Theatre that was supposed to help me checkout when they already had my attention before when they were trying to sell me the TV. It took the guy 30 minutes just wait ring me up and schedule an installation. So it was scheduled on Sat. 29th between 8-12 AM, when the day comes nothing was happening. I called 3 times after 11 AM and before 12 PM expressing my concern that Geek Sqaud won't be able to make it. The 2 times I called the girl that answered took my name and number to give a rep from the Home Theatre Dept. (which a never got a call back even from this day which is Monday). 3rd time I called she gave me a 800 number to call. Thing that gets me pissed off is when you leave a customer out there in the dark especially when he pays for everything. Future buyers, you will get a better experience going to Costco buying a TV because if everything falls through, you could always rely on the pizza being good.

Overall
NO customer service

I went here to buy a computer and waited around for a few minutes before asking an employee to help me. Each of them said they couldn't help me, although it was obvious that two of them were helping one customer. One employee was surfing on Google and said she that it would probably be 20-25 minutes before she could help me because they were all tied up. It was like a bad skit. I spent my $1,200 elsewhere. And it wasn't a best buy. I told the Customer Care supervisor and she said she was sorry.
