Prices are great, enjoy the rebates the company gives, and most of the employees know pets. It's not like they hired a person off the street who knows nothing about the store. In the end, I would rather drive 15 minutes here than buy at WalMart or Publix.

Let me just start off with telling you which store I am talking about. I am talking about the store in Orange City, Fl. Another thing I want to say is they are very lucky to have the best dog trainer there Judy. I don't know what they are paying her but if they tripled her salary it would still be not enough. I feel very lucky to have the best trainer for my dog. She goes way above and beyond. She truly does love and care for all her students. Anyone I mention her to feel the same way. That being said I wish I could come up with just one good thing to say about their grooming staff. My puppy was only 4 months old and it was going to be his first time and shy around others and water. I did ask them if this was going to be a problem and they assured me it was not. They were much more expensive than any other place including my veterinarian. I chose to go there instead because it was convenient. It was right after the class with Judy. Well when I came to pick up my dog they told me the next time it would be an extra $6.00 because he yelled and cries a lot. His nails were not cut and his hair cut was not cut correctly. I told them that there would not be a next time. The next time would be at my vet where they were cheaper and knew how to handle a puppy. He never went to snap or bite just cried. Again when I spoke to others about this, they also did not have good things to say about their unprofessional grooming staff. Don't waste your money or time on these unprofessional groomers.
