Makes promises and falls short.. hired to reseed my grass and left it patchy , weeded and unfinished work .. . He tries to make up for short comings by convincing you to hire him for maintenance of grass also overpriced year contract....then and only then will he make promises grass ... to top it off, overcharged me then tried to take my remove shrubs for himself instead of suggesting I replant them elsewhere on my property. Do not deal with this company. Save your self the headache and waste if $$
