        Overall

        Poor customer service and over priced furniture. Was slapped with policies and excuses when an item was defective and unsafe and they refused to work with me. They "forgot" to refund my money when I returned a pair of lamps and was told it would take over a week to process the refund when I caught the mistake on my credit card statement.
