PC Laptops

I took my HP on last week after I realized I had allowed a scammer to access my computer! I know nothing about computers so I was pretty upset about it. As soon as I walked in with my 3 very young kids jumped right on it even putting on a cartoon to keep my kids entertained. They cleaned up my computer answered any questions I had and sent me on my way no charge$ thanks you guys!!!!

True story. I went into Best Buy to have my desktop serviced by their Geek Squad. I brought it there because I bought my HP desktop there three years earlier. It had a hard drive failure and it needed to be replaced. I walked in and stood near the Geek Squad counter for five minutes. Mind you there were several Best Buy employees walking around with seemingly nothing to do other than talking to one another and joking around. After five minutes a Geek Squad employee walked up to me and said, "how can we help you?" I told him I needed to replace my hard drive on my computer to which he asked, "And do you already have a reservation with us?" A reservation? Really? Was this fine dining or a computer repair?



I gave them my name, email, phone and address and sat down in their waiting area. Apparently they expect customers to have to wait on them for so long that they have a waiting area. After waiting for at least 20 minutes with no one helping me, I finally took my computer and left their store in frustration and drove directly to PC Laptops in Orem on State Street. Within 5 seconds of walking into their store I had an employee welcome me and offer to help me with my computer. They got me set up and I was out the door within 5 minutes. Funny how at PC Laptops they don't have a waiting area because you NEVER have to wait. They help you immediately.



I had my hard drive installed and ready to go within 4 hours. PC Laptops has earned my computer repair business for life. I will never waste my time going to Best Buy for a computer repair ever again. My two experiences could not have been more different. My computer is working great, is super fast, and I couldn't be happier. I believe in recognizing great service when I experience it. Well done PC Laptops!

Look, buying a computer is a lot like buying a car. You consider all of it, the performance, quality, fuel economy, and most importantly: warranty. Is it any wonder that the best selling cars have 100,000 mile warranties? But what if you could have the fastest, coolest, fuel-sipping 4 wheels of awesomeness with a LIFETIME warranty? If only a car company worked like PC laptops. I've had my PC Laptops desktop computer for 4 years. And it's still as relevant as it was the day I bought it. Crushes every executable I can throw at it. But the best part is, anytime I got a problem, I get to go talk to the smartest computer geeks in the world while they get everything running better than before. Don't get a piece of fruit that loses it's luster in a couple years, get the best computer on the planet. I did.

Outstanding service! I began my relationship with PC Laptops by filling out an inquiry on their website. I received a telephone call within minutes of the submission from Phil at the Orem store - closest to my home. I explained that I was ready to reenter the PC world after using a Mac for the past several years, and explained what I was looking for. I made an appointment to visit the Orem store to further discuss what I wanted in my new computer. Phil was very helpful and offered suggestions for my custom build machine. We agreed on a configuration, and I was told my custom laptop would be ready the next day. The new machine is performing beyond my expectations!



I did have an issue about 3 weeks after purchase where the built-in trackpad quit functioning. PC Laptops lived up to their warranty and replaced the defective assembly without question. I'm very happy with the knowledgable staff and the professionalism of the store. Though I expect this computer to last many years, I would not hesitate to buy my next machine from PC Laptops.
