        Overall
        as far as the hotel it's self ...

        as far as the hotel it's self ..yes it is nice... but the people are very sneaky and don't tell the hole truth about the resort and then to top it off they give you gifts (gift cards and /or mini trips) to sit in a presentation but when you go and use or should I say try to use it (gift card) they tell you its no good...:(...(I haven't even tried to do the trip yet!) I have been on the phone all day & the phone # they gave me when I went is now disconneted funny right? NO! I am on my 6th phone number and I only got one person to answer and she doesn't know what to tell me but she will transfer me to the manager right now to fix this ( i was a lil excited) and guess what....voice mail!! and still no call back!! I would never send anyone I know here not even the people I hate!! they have lost my trust and my want to come back at a later date...:( I hope this helps someone else so they don't get taken for there hard earned money either...(we had to put a deposit down to hold are spot for the presentation and they said we would get it back when we showed up and that is on the card that we can't use also) so as you can see not only are we out our gifts for our 3 hour tour (supposed to be 90 min.) but we are also out are own money so we have now paid them for them to show us there place..:(
