my name is elizabeth I when to checkers to by something to eat for my kids and it was the worst thing that happend to me in the benning of the new year on 01/02/2010 with the customer sevice they have i rather not eat at all ever again it was bad they were rule and did not care how we my family and i felt i will never visit this fastfood place again if it the last thing i will do. not only they were rule they did not give us the food and told me to leave. just because i was upset i whet though the drive thu. and order a #7 3pices homesta. and a 5 pices buff wins and a med. fries with a med. drink and they took about 45min and i had to go back to the drive-thug. and they forgot they told me to park and when i got to the windor they gave me my money back and cloes the windor never coming back ot did't even say i am sorry for the wait nothing then after 5min. waitting think there be back to say sorry and get me the food. i was told why? am i still here i gave u your money back...lol that customer service for checkers never again will go back. and the sad thing about it. it was my son favorit place to eat. not anymore after what they put us though.



Everyone becareful i see why? there not that many checkers in town i rather eat dog food then to go back to checkers in 7604 E. Colonial Drive
