From the proposal to the actual installation of a York forced hot air furnace and slim lined air conditioner, it was a pleasure. The representatives were all very knowledgeable and conscientious. On the day of installation, they arrived on time, and finished the install and testing an hour earlier than they estimated. Both units were installed very neatly, and the techs left the work areas clean. They took time to show me the proper operation, giving me manuals and other literature. I was impressed with how smoothly the installation went. I am happy I chose DC/AC Bring on the hot or cold weather, I'm ready.

Honesty is a highly desired trait among home repair service. I'm a real a** when it comes to choosing someone to come to my home to repair something I don't know enough about to fix. (there are a few and A/C is among them..)



I've seen too many news stories about dishonest A/C service so when my home A/C quit working, first I tried to fix it myself on Father's Day.. Good luck finding a part to fix it on Father's Day..



I found Brent's number by chance on one of the local listing services like YP or YELP.. I called and he answered right away. (on Father's Day) So I asked about the possibility of a Start/Run capacitor. Not only did he have the capacitor, but he GAVE it to me because we share a common bond in being Fathers.. I had to go get it, but still.. free. on Father's Day, and the part I needed.. WAY COOL!!



So.. It turned out to not be the capacitor causing the problem. So of course I called Brent back.. He drove all the way to Sorrento from Avalon Park.. (google it..) To fix my A/C.



Very knowledgeable, honest, friendly and truly helpful. ALL the qualities I look for in a home service repairman. And you should too.

My 1 year old air conditioner went out so me and my boyfried decided to call the company that was listed on the air conditioner to come out and take a look. They said it would be $75 to come out and tell us what was wrong. We thought that was crazy considering it was a pretty new unit and they intalled it but living in Florida without air is not pleasant. So they came out and $252 later we had an incorrect diagnosis and large bill. So I called DCAC.

I spoke with Brent and he was the owner at DCAC. He was super nice and very informative. He said he would come out and take a look just to see what was wrong. After coming out we began a very long 3 week process until our air was fixed. Brent fought with Manufacturer of the air conditioner until we finally got a new outside unit instead of continuing to replace one part of a time. The had made 3 visitis out to our house already and we did not pay them until the job was done. Brent wanted to make sure that we had air and we were taken care of and happy before taking a penny from us.

Josh was our technician and he was very informative. He explained everything in detail as he did his job. He answered any questions I had and even little questions from my 7 year old. I WOULD DEFINITELY recommend this company to anyone needing an AC repair company!!! Cold AC feels so good!!!

Call and you speak with the owner directly, how many businesses can boast that anymore?! Brent was patient with me as I had to reschedule the appointment a couple times, and when he came for the appointment he was extremely friendly, courteous and professional. Great people skills, coupled with fast (yet very thorough) service and excellent prices and I now have a reliable place to turn to if anything goes wrong, and for my annual "check up"!
