Herein follows my comprehensive review from a long term renter's perspective:
With Don Asher, you can expect:
Organized listings, accurate displayed price, contact details, listing details, quality photos, and more.
And unlike Zillow or other rental websites, where the property may or may not be available, the price may be inaccurate, or the photos may be misleading,
you can expect that DON ASHER'S property listings are accurate and up-to-date.
The Property Manager Experience:
After I found one of the properties that I liked on Don Asher's rental listing page,

I contacted the Property Manager via the number posted in the listing details.
The phone call was immediately answered by property manager, Sarah Noble, whom I would come to find is highly responsive and extremely efficient. After seeing the condo, I applied for the property immediately as it was perfect and the price was stellar.
Conclusion:
Don Asher is without a doubt, that I can honestly say that a majority of other rental services pale in comparison to the quality of Don Asher & Assoc, as over the years, I have rented numerous properties with various managing types prior to Don Asher.
The experience with Don Asher is like non other. Sarah Noble is extremely kind and makes herself available for any issues at any time. She appreciates her tenants and makes sure to take care of them in any way she can.
This even includes issues at 1 am or later, like when we had an emergency late one night in the wee hours of the morning and she responded immediately and had response crews deployed and headed to our property in less than 15 minutes.
After property searching for months, getting frustrated, and on the brink of giving up, I discovered Don Asher and my frustration washed away...

Perhaps the worst choice for any condo association or HOA as far as a management company. The failures of Don Asher Associates far out weight the benefits. Lack of communication. Sloppy record keeping. Failure of basic management practices. Total disappointment in the firm's leadership abilities with subordinates training and customer service. These are just some of the problems with this firm. Save yourself some antacid doses and look elsewhere for a real professional management company.

I've been renting from Don asher and associates for almost 2 yrs, my property manager sammantha is out-standing!! the few problems i've had were fixed within 12-24 hrs, including on a holiday and a sunday!! Sammantha is polite,professional. I would reccommend talking to this company if you're looking to rent!!

We are very happy with Samantha at Don Asher. She has and is doing an excellent job for us. Always responds within minutes anytime we call, text or email which is great since I always seem to want immediate results. She also has excellent recommendations for contractors/companies that do painting, cleaning, maintenance, etc. that are fast and efficient. Very happy.

these people managed a multi unit for me. They were the worst managers I ever had. I had to fired them after 6 months of them letting everything go to hell. Customers are not there priority, pretending to work and get paid for it is their business. When trying to cancel they tried to to put me in foreclosure by not releasing my funds.

Our community is managed Don Asher & Associates - but I wouldn't call it managed. Lisa DOES NOT answer emails or phone calls. Our neighborhood is turning into an unsafe, "do whatever you want" neighborhood even though we have discussed issues with her. NOTHING is ever done. If our volunteer board members don't address the issues at hand - NOTHING is ever done by Don Asher & Associates. If you are considering buying a house in a community that is managed by them, RECONSIDER! We have gathered all the information Lisa could need; phone numbers, names, addresses, etc. and still we see no results.

My community is run by this company, and let me say they are horrible.
I recently moved to windmill point and I'm treated as if I'm slum that may own a nice house but that is it. Currently my HOA is handled by Dollie (what a piece of work this clown is). She writes up monthly news letters explaining how we should make our community beautiful yet when real issues are addressed to her she just states "nothing we can do about" the people on both sides of me do not cut their lawns, grass knee high animals now showing up bc of it (nothing she can do) park across the street from my home, drug deals, drinking, among other things into early hours of the morning (won't even take any steps or hear ideas to prevent it, just call the cops she's crazy they are selling drugs what makes me think they won't shoot at my home) and finally whenever you call you get the run around my app for a new fence sat for near a month and I had to call and scream to get it approved.
Dollie needs to be replaced, because it doesn't effect her she doesn't care. I'm the end do you really want a company like this running your hoa? Yeah think twice!

My family and I have been living at Lakewood Park of Altamonte for four years now. Our property manager Lisa Battaglini has done a great job from day one. She's always punctual and resolves any issue we have. I would recommend her service to anyone looking for a home in the area. After all four years of service i have no complaints.

Don Asher & Associates has made our living experience in FL memorable. Lisa Battaglini is our Amazing property manager. She has helped us since day one and we are so impressed with the level of service we've received from her thru Don Asher. In fact we requested to sign up for another year!!!! We would differently recommend for everyone to work with her to find you the perfect home! When our ac was down she had a team of people working on it right away !! That's key if you live in FL. :)
