        I would NEVER recommend anyone...

        I would NEVER recommend anyone to these crooks. I hear a small clunk on the front of my car and took there to see what the problem was. After I was told to have a seat in the waiting room while they inspected my car on the lift. About 10 minutes or so I was called to the counter where the guy told me after a full inspection that my whole entire front end was shot and needed to be rebuilt with an estimate of at least 1200.00 and could be more depending if they found more damage since the front was so bad. I took the car home to my dad and he called his mechanic buddy who happens to be a master mechanic to take a look at my car. After he looked at it he said everything is tight and works as it should and the knocking I was hearing was a simple A-frame bushing that wore out and was gone on the drivers side. He showed me and sent me to the store to get all four of them and he replaced them all for me for 40.00 right there on my driveway and haven't had a single problem since. Firestone is the perfect example of why people don't trust mechanics and I will NEVER go back to them again and I tell everyone to stay away. I gave a one star rating because they didn't have a -10 star to select. If you don't know about your car, please go elsewhere and get a second opinion so you don't get ripped off and lied to!
