Pizza Hut

My family and I ordered two medium two topping pizzas and a Hershey cookie. I am unable to tell you how it tasted or the appearance of the food because it NEVER arrived! After an hour waiting time, they also gave us an extra hour on top of that time. When just the first hour was up, we called concerned to which we found out we placed the wrong number. We changed the number and the woman assured us that it was still going to be delivered, in twenty minutes - her quote. At 9:18 we called back, after her quote it was supposed to be here at 8:50, and we asked to speak with a manager to which the same girl we spoke to earlier claimed to be. When we told her to cancel the order and we were never coming back, she handed us over to a man, Douglas, without even telling us. Douglas proceeded to laugh while saying he was sorry. We explained the situation and he said it was because the phone number change never reached him so it was cancelled. They will never have my service again! I do not recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone!!
