Stonebridge Commons

During the early morning of Friday 4/8/2016, I spent nearly 3 hours in order to retrieve my vehicle which was towed from the Stonebridge Commons Visitor Parking lot. First and foremost, I DO have a visitors parking permit. My vehicle was towed at 12:08 a.m. and at 12:15 a.m. I was walking out to my vehicle to put the pass out there. While I was with my friend, he remembered that I needed to put the parking permit in my car, but it was too late.



To illustrate the headache that I faced: First, I had to find which towing company hauled my vehicle. Second, I had to call an uber and pay additional fees to get to the location. Third, the location was 30 minutes away. Now, I don’t know if any of you have actually been to Priority One Towing at 1:30 a.m., but it is definitely not a fun place to be. It’s located in the belly of an industrial park. It took my uber driver literally 10 minutes to find the location of the worn down trailer.

Absolutely the worst place to live at. The worst racist HOA policies to target mostly minorities who are renters. save yourself the agony and live somewhere else. Unless you own there and you are white, then you are not welcome.
we are moving out and so many of our neighbors who can'take tolerate this hoa rules. Mass exit and the hoa is hoping for people who don'the know any better.
invasion of privacy, taking Law into own hands, ridiculous parking policies, ridiculous restrictions on resident and guest entry, no grills, early closure of pool over the summer and so on....
basically you have an hoa that all it can decide is on how to harass and make residents information miserable.
stay away and far as you can from this place
