One of the worst waste of money, energy and time

I asked to join and find out about coaches. 2 days later I had an appt with 'the membership manager'...I see now that was a Euphemism for sleazy sales person! ONE HOUR 15 MINUTES in an office with the door closed! Of course, I bought additional services and was hardly sure of all he 'pitched'. The trainer/coach was good and we can only reproach her a lack of business experience shown many times. She never gave me what I asked for- simple enough, a routine I could do on my own later. Instead hopped from one machine and exercise to the other. I have minimum knowledge of the latter but as she said "I can read the instructions" if I need to. Over $1000. !! The worst of this business is an owner/manager who doesn't give a damn about you unless he knows you which leaves out us newbies, even the paying ones! Never will set foot in there again. Most employees at front desk make you feel comfortable when you walk in and there is plenty of equip. That's it folks, nothing else to boast about. Go to all the others available around here. They have to be better at customer service than this owner and 'some' of his staff!
