Went to GameStop the day before the nes classic was released to trade in gears of war 4 and battlefield 1. I reall didn't want to get rid of those games but I really wanted the Ned classic. The employee at GameStop was asking me if there was anything that I was training them in for and I said yes the nes classic. We talked about the nes classic for awhile and then he recommended that a came in the next day when they opened. The next morning I went to GameStop before 10am and stood in line for 20-30 min. When it was my turn at the register I asked for the nes classic and the GameStop employee asked me if I had a sticker and I said no what sticker? She then said if you don't have a sticker I can't sell you a nes classic. I then had seen that the other GameStop employee that I had talked to the day before was at a different register and asked him why he didn't tell me about the sticker and he said that he had forgot to mention that to me. So now not am I only out two games that i really didn't want to get rid of but now I'm out a nes classic. The following mon I decided to call GameStop and talk to the manager there. The manager answered the phone and I started to explain the problem and she interrupted me and asked me if she could put me on hold. I was on hold for 15 min then the phone hung up. WTF? I'm very disappointed with that place. I've been going to that GameStop since they opened up.
