Something happened and I would like to share it maybe it can prevent another sad story.
I am a customer with Parveen the owner of EM lash studio in Walmart Oswego for over 8 years.
She opened a hair/nail salon in Meijer Oswego, so I took my 14 years old daughter to have red highlights after Parveen assured me that Amina the new hairstylist is very good.
My poor baby got very depressed after her hair ended up ALL DYED bright orange color.
I was shocked and mad, I left without paying and went to the owner(Parveen) in Walmart lash studio where she works to talk to her, she was so ready to fight with me after the stylist told her that I left mad without paying, her and her other employee(Ruby) who I know very well as well talked to me and to my daughter very rude in an aggressive way, they insisted that this is how highlights look like and she said over 20 times that I have to pay even if I don’t like the service and i can go back to redo it if I want to. I told her I don’t trust Amina who is by the way the only hairstylist working there, she doesn’t have experience and she will never touch my daughter’s hair again!
I was so lucky that one of her customers that I never met before was there decided to share her opinion, she told her that this is so unfair to me and that she totally agrees that this is not highlights and that a successful business owner should take the responsibility of a poor service given to their customer and don’t ask them to pay!
After this sweet lady left, Parveen kicked us out of the salon after being a good customer for over 8 years and told us to never go back there.
All this happened because she only cares about MONEY not her customer satisfaction, she hired someone with no experience and my daughter had to pay the price!
I am left now with a sad, depressed teenager , she doesn’t want to see anybody until her hair is fixed and I was adviced not to redo it now or it could burn 😞

I get my hair and eyebrows done from there and do a fantastic job! Family owned and very nice people
