Valley Dental Care

Great staff and friendly. They all know my name after one visit, and every time I go in they know who I am. Had a root canal done there and got my crown put in the same day. They have this scanner where they can make a crown for you the same day, no waiting weeks to have the procedure done. In and out and done. Just have to be there for like 2 and a half hours, but its better than waiting 3 weeks to get everything done. Would recommend this place anytime!

Would give negative stars if I could. I received a call 3 days ahead of my appointment where they left a message confirming my appointment and they asked if I could call to update my insurance info. I called the next day and got an answering machine. Didn't want to leave my personal info on their answering machine I called back on the day of my appointment to give them the insurance info ahead of time. The girl who answered said my appointment was cancelled because I needed to give them the insurance info at least 3 days before the appointment so they can confirm it. When I asked why I wasn't told this, she said she didn't know, she doesn't normally work in that office. I asked to speak to someone who did and I got Tracy who said she had been leaving me messages all week (no, I received the one on Monday and a hang up the day of the appointment). She was rude and said sorry, that is our policy. They cancelled my apt and didn't even bother telling me. I asked her to cancel my husbands appointment and she had to ask me when it was! I cancelled my husband's appointment too due to their lack of customer service and will take my family's business elsewhere. Not worth giving money to a group who just doesn't care.

If you are looking for a new dentist, I couldn't recommend a better office than Valley Dental Care in Oswego. The office is very clean, the staff is so polite and very friendly, and I love Dr. Satish, he has to be one of the nicest people I've ever met. My entire family comes to this office, and my 4 year old looks forward to her cleanings. I couldn't say enough about how pleased I am that I found this office.

...The counter staff are lacking in the proper procedures for submitting insurance claims. Their superior attitude flows like a river. Don't pay in advance, make sure your claim is processed before work is done. I tried to get the staff to help me with my claim but was REJECTED and made to feel as I was a fool. The insurer had to call them and set them on the proper path, ..Get it together people.. this review is submitted because of the dentist is to concerned about what, "Don't drink Soda Pop", it ruins your teeth.
