I was pleased with the service they gave me today.On my first visit for a basic oil change they got me right in and actually showed me some other issues that they recommended for me to keep an eye on(literally asked me to come look at the small transmission leak and showed me a broken wire that went to my 4 wheel drive...and they fixed that wire at no additional cost to me). I've been to numerous repair shops and have not experienced the high level of customer service that Lane Automotive gave me on my very first visit. They more than likely saved me from having to put in a new transmission very soon because they identified the leak and topped off my transmission fluid which was dangerously too low.
