        Worse Customer Experience Ever. They try to prove the customer wrong before even speaking. I had a phone less than 2 months old and tried to degrade it . the assistant manager is incompetent and Vernita and Stephanie should remember there Station in LIFE...!!!!!! Horrible !! I have spent thousands in this store over the year and will never return!!!

        BAD Customer Service

        No one is ever available to assist customers in any department & you have seek for a rep. This time they were standing all over the place in the printer department laughing & joking. Two asked me did I need help & were having a personal conversation one left & said he was hungry & asked the other to help as he was typing in my printer that I had bought for the correct ink cartridge. Seriously I could've done that. Then stopped to have another personal conversation, checking his cell phone & answered it. I left. Won't get my money. I'm a silver member won't shop there again.
