Jeanette was born in Kingsville, TX, but grew up in Water Valley, MS. She is married to Todd Perkins and has one son, Peyton Maples. She started in the dental field in 1990 with Dr. William “Bill” Baker. When he sold the practice in 1996 to Dr. Dawkins, she stayed on as his assistant and has been keeping him in line for over 27 years! She has advanced level 5 CEREC training, implant placement training, and Six Month Smiles. She is the Lead Assistant and Treatment Plan coordinator. In her spare time she loves to ride horses, camp and travel.

Dr. Wilbourn graduated from Tulane University with a degree in Public Health then completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Oklahoma. She stayed for an extended year of training in the Advanced Education and General Dentistry program where she developed advanced skills in treatment planning, restorative and implants. Dr. Wilbourn is very close with her twin sister. She likes to run, practice yoga, and travel with her husband Andrew and their children, Eva and James.
