Services includes nutrition care for children and adults with irritable bowel syndrome, diabetes (types 1 and 2), renal disease, hypertension, celiac and seizure disorders. Gayle enjoys working with people implementing the FODMAP diet for IBS. She consults in corporate wellness and professional speaking engagements. A Certified Diabetes Educator, she works with pre-diabetes, metabolic syndrome, hypertension, weight management, neuropathy and gastric/intestinal abnormalities. In all areas of nutrition therapy, Gayle’s emphasis is to educate people on health related self-care measures. She helps the person recognize roadblocks and identifying lifestyle changes to make leading toward improved control of health risks.
