        My $350 fedex outgoing package disappeared from here, fedex never saw it, EPAC says they never saw it... without a receipt I am screwed... now I use Walgreens, they scan in as they receive and email me confirmation

        Went to drop off a prepaid UPS return envelope and was informed it was a $1,00. Sorry that is just crazy to bring an envelope over to the pile of other packages for $1.00. This business model is not okay in my book. You lost my business forever. There is a drop box down the street. they should loose their status as a UPS shipper
