BAD workmanship! Crooked ceilings, crooked floors. Good luck getting them to honor Warranty!.

BEWARE!! THEY PLACED THE SEPTIC TANK IN THE MIDDLE OF MY BACKYARD. I found this out with the Health Inspector,,, and I had to pay $5,000.00 to repositioned the septic tank that was placed there by PENCE the septic system they use (a horrible company). You pay like $500.00 every 2 years just to be inspected, which they are suppose to do every 6 months, but WILL NOT DO unless you call them. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE MAINTENANCE or repairs! AND IF YOU DONT PAY THEM, THEY WILL PUT A LIEN IN YOUR HOME!! If you use any of the following: Hair conditioner, fabric softner, cooking oil... well you are not taking care of your septic as you are expected. IF YOU ASK THE REAL ESTATE IF YOU CAN PUT A SWIMMING POOL IN YOUR BACKYARD, HE/SHE WILL GLADLY ANSWER YES!!! BUT WHAT THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU IS THAT BECAUSE OF THE SEPTIC TANK BEING IN THE MIDDLE, YOU ARE ONLY ABLE TO PUT IN A CORNER PRACTICALLY IN YOUR NEIGHBORS BACKYARD. WHAT A GREAT WAY TO THROW MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN!

THE WORKMASHIP IS VERY POOR. CROOKED CEILINGS AND FLOORS. THEY WILL NOT EASILY HONOR THEIR WARRANTY. IF ITS NOT FIXED BEFORE YOU BUY IT. GOOD LUCK GETTING THEM TO FIX IT.
