BEST EXPERIENCE IN ALL RESPECTS & EVEN AS A VERY INEXPENSIVE RESTAURANT IT IS CERTAINLY COMPARABLE TO WHAT ONE WOULD EXPECT AT A 'FINE DINING' RESTAURANT, WHICH I MYSELF GO MORE OFTEN TO THE LATTER)...

(This is only the 2nd review I have written but because the experience was so distinct I felt compelled to write it; btw, I have NOTHING to gain from writing this review as I have ZERO affiliation.) Our server, Valencia, provided phenomenal service and all employees - incl. general manager - we encountered were very attentive/& amiable as well.The restaurant's ambiance also was exceptional (we were told it was recently remodeled after we conveyed our delightfulness (this also reflects the booth were we sat & tableware as both were immaculate).

I would highly recommend this Applebee's location to anyone who us a 'fan' of this restaurant chain! If you had an unpleasant experience here a few years ago I would urge you to give it one more chance!!

Worst service in the world! The said that they ran out of silverware, that they fight over it when it comes out of dishwasher. The host said he had to wash them him self, but it came 10 minutes after we got our appetizers and hot meal. It was not hot after.
