Good customer service and my parts are always new the owner is very nice and will make sure your tool work as good as new he also sells good tools and new parts I really recommend this place you will not be disappointed

No star. There is an alternative that uses OEM parts and are happy to give you your old parts and they stand behind their work and they are an authorized service center. So keep looking and you will find them in LQ.

If I told my friends about this place I would tell them to be careful make sure that they are getting new parts for their tool repairs, and if anything was replace for them to ask for the old parts back and make sure that the parts the owner George told them where change where really change. My dad had the armature shaft replace on a grinder and told he had put a new one on, only to find out it was the original he had. Not saying don't take the tools there, just be careful. also careful when he tells you that there is no charge to check a tool. He charges $25 dollars to put them back together again. Owner states he is the only tool replace in the valley therefore he can get away with it.
