The staff was very nice and co...

The staff was very nice and courteous; the location of the Hotel was convenient. The little kitchen was an added plus. As a business traveler, I get very little down time at the end of the day. So, the quality of the facilities during my down time is very important to me. “The 7 Springs” added to a pleasurable, peaceful, and satisfying down time. I can’t wait to return with my wife.

The rooms were nice looking. My father in law's room had a very BAD smell. He had to put up with that smell for two nights. When I called to speak to the manager her response was that she walked in that room and smelled nothing. I had walked into that room without my father in law being there since he gave me his key to get something for him that he had forgotten. I smelled the odor as soon as I opened the door. The manager is full of BS..... Though Mike and Luz were very friendly and helpful. I will NOT stay at this hotel ever again. Another thing is that this place has more rooms than parking spaces. It is a first come first serve parking. Take my advice if you were thinking of staying here, DON'T.....

Exceeded our expectations

Very helpful staff, the manager offered to upgrade us to a jacuzzi room at no additional cost, the rooms were spacious, had every base covered from walk in closet, large comfortable beds, walk in shower, large double window doors, hair dryer, coffee maker, very clean and user friendly. The location was near Palm Canyon Drive walking distance to all the stores and restaurants. My wife and I have had several trips to Palm Springs for a short getaway and are planning to stay at this hotel the next time for sure.

Beware of GM and MGMT Staff. ONLY concerned about revenue. Horrible A/C.

Comparing the prices of this hotel to others in the area. It was comparable. However, the A/C leaves little to be desired. When complaining about the temperature of the room to the Hotel Manager after talking to the pleasant front desk staff, it was apparent that the Manager was only concerned about the revenue the hotel was making. The Manager was very unfriendly and it appeared that I was interrupting their day.



I have stayed at this hotel over 10 times. The quality of service by management has drastically decreased over the past two years. It seems they have unqualified staff in mangement positions to save money.



The owner(s) need to take this heart and increase quality service through management as it starts at the top and goes down through the staff.



Bring back the old managers you had two+ years ago. They understood customer service and it was shown through the staff and quality of the property. Plus, they knew how to handle complaints versus the incapable mangers you have now.



If you do not bring them back, I would highly suggest that no one stays at this property until the owner(s) hire a new management team that cares.
