Azul

As tourists we have been coming to Azul for many years. We returned to Palm Springs after a hiatus of three years and returned to Azul for pour trip. Ambience and service appeared the same but the food has taken a major downturn. In future trips Azul will not be a stop. Example; there pastas are not listed on menu as all cream sauces. They are listed as marinara, alfredo, and pesto. Yet they make them all as a cream sauce which as we pointed out in the culinary world marinara is a tomato sauce not a cream sauce. Food in general not flavorful, a change from what we used to experience. Sad, used to be a good experience not now.
