Tri-County Pool Construction

I had hoped to leave a good review, but unfortunately this company seriously disappointed me. The work itself seemed pretty good, though not excellent. And the contractor was very bad about staying in contact and responding back to me, and giving me a heads up as to when he would be working the job and when he wouldn't. But the repairs looked good. However, as soon as I would mention any issues, I got a negative/defensive attitude. I mentioned paint overspray getting on the pool filter and the solar panel and he immediately insisted that his guys had covered everything well. He addressed it after seeing the problems, but it put me on edge. This attitude became a problem when I was very unhappy with the way the deck looked after it was painted with a gritty deck restoration paint and I realized that the wrong product had been used. I was treated rudely and the contractor accused me of offending him when I told him that the wrong product was used and I just wanted him to refund the cost of the product and I would fix it myself. He was unwilling to work out a solution/refund with me and has refused to call me back. He did not respond to the BBB claim that I filed. I would NOT recommend working with this contractor. If everything goes well, he is not bad. But if anything goes wrong, he is impossible to work with and very rude. And looking more closely at his job, the paint job is patchy, there are a lot of wrinkles in the liner, there is debris stuck under the liner, and now there are heel depressions on the bottom of the pool because the sand wasn't packed down tight enough.

Don't ever do business with this company they are so unprofessional! my dad hired them to fix his vinyl pool and they did a very bad job left it with a lots of wrinkles then they try to fix it and get worse, when he call to see what can they do about it they use bad language cursing "F" words! It also takes very long to communicate with them. After ten days of trying to reach them, they finally get in touch.
