I hired Magic Moving & Storage to move my parents from the Bay Area to Scottsdale, Arizona. The move was quite involved since my parents lived in their house for over 35 years. It was a long grueling experience to weed through things that they didn't need anymore. I hired this company to pack my parents belongings and store it for a few months and move it to Arizona. I will say empathetically, that I was blown away! They were neat, careful, organized, efficient, labeled all the boxes, were extremely patient with my parents and assisted in organizing everything. Which is exactly what I needed.

The entire staff, office and movers, was a pleasure to work with, always answered my questions and were very helpful. Nancy and Victoria were so friendly and knowledgeable. When the time came for delivery, I received a courtesy call and the driver also kept in touch with my parents throughout the whole time. Their rates were better than competitive and worth every penny. They gave me peace of mind which and my parents were very happy.

We had a complicated move from Oakland to the South Bay, and needed to store all of our items for a month between out and moving in to our new place. Magic Moving & Storage solved of our problems. They offered packing and storage & I could not have been more impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, work ethic and speed of the Magic Moving & Storage Team. This was the best decision we made regarding moving & could not be happier with the customer service we received. They responded very quickly and answered any questions I had. The packing and delivery is exquisite and overall is DYNAMIC. Organized, conscientious and efficient, these guys were truly the best movers we've ever had. Five stars and highly recommend them!!!

This is our second time we've used Magic Moving & Storage and It was again a "Super pleasant experience". Quick, effective service, professional and smooth moved from Concord to my new home in San Jose. Their packing and inventorying system was solid, and communication was really excellent. They were on time, very pleasant, walked me through their process and finished under the quoted time. I will definitely hire them again and I'm so happy with the result. Magic Moving & Storage was used a part of my military move from Bay area to San Diego. They delivered my furniture to my new residence with HASSLE FREE. Steve(driver), Julio and Hector were respectful, professional, efficient and very dynamic. I was really impressed at their concern for not damaging anything as they were moving heavy boxes/furniture (i.e. they did not damage any walls or corners). They were quick and accomodated any of my requests. I would surely recommend them to anyone that wants their move done right. They're the best moving company in the Bay Area and I could say "worldwide". Thank you guys!

I was referred to Magic Moving & Storage by a real estate agent and They are super strong, professional, and cool. All the fees are upfront, and the office is very helpful.

Nancy & Victoria are fabulous. My personality is very A-Type and I want everything precise, coordinated and executed to perfection (not exaggerating). They were so remarkably patient with me, understanding and was always on the other end of the phone to offer a confident confirmation that everything was in order.

On the day of the move, Dave ( superb driver) and his team showed up with a big truck fully equipped. They move quickly and kept my house & belongings clean, safe & fully protected. It's marvelous work.


It wasn't cheap, but a lot cheaper than breaking our backs doing it ourselves!
I love that the team leader said we could buy extra insurance, "in case anything breaks. But we don't break anything." Sure enough, they didn't break a thing. Everything was wrapped within an inch of its life!

There is not one thing I would change about my experience with Magic Moving & Storage and I would refer them to my family & friends.

I can't say enough positive things about my move with Magic Moving & Storage. It is not an easy task to move in San Francisco. All properties require 3 days notice and difficult scheduling. Magic Moving has a stellar reputation in the moving industry and they allowed us to schedule our move-out immediately. EVERYONE was so helpful, cooperative, careful & professional. The day of the move was actually a lot of fun; the team was run by Julio and he was wonderful. The time limit to use the elevators was running out, I was worried, but Julio and his team kept calm and got in all done in time. I also want to note that the price was under the quote, very reasonable and worth every penny. I highly recommend Magic Moving & Storage to everyone.

Awesome company! Never regret my sister's advice of hiring this company because the service was really impressive & all I can is WOW! Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable from beginning to end. PHENOMENAL!!! This company is on the ball. We had a horrific and hectic week but, these movers made a stressful experience enjoyable. They arrived early, in clean uniform, well-groomed, and started immediately; no horsing around. What was even more impressive was their handling and protecting of our possessions and our home. They used floor protectors on our hard wood floors, thick blankets on all of our furniture, doors, and stairs. They won me over with how they moved our 7' armoire down difficult stairs while taking extra precautions not to damage, scratch, or hinder our home or the armoire. AMAZING! Professional, careful, friendly, and experienced that are worth every penny! The office reps were also great. They were very helpful, considerate, and thorough! I highly recommend using Magic Moving. Words are just not enough! This company is absolutely the best! We have moved all over the world and we've never experienced such conscientious, hard-working, careful and enthusiastic movers as we did with Magic Moving! They came in got right to work placing floor protection, blankets on doors, wrapping furniture, packing tv's and very quickly emptied our home. 4 bedrooms, garage and patio and we were on our way to the new house by the afternoon! My piano, (my baby) was wrapped and treated like porcelain! Everyone was polite and took time to reassemble hutches, tv's, beds, and tables. Movers carried things to and from our cars, and always making sure to put things where we wanted. The office staff was very helpful in planning and answering all our questions. I can't say enough good things about Magic Moving! If you're planning a move these should be the ONLY people you call!!!
