McDonald's

I wanted to start my letter off by saying hello and thank you for taking the time to read my letter. My 6yr. old son and i usually go to McDoanlds for breakfast. On one perticular day my son and i got a late start off in the morning and were not going to make it to breakfast, which was not a big deal since i could just call the nearest location and put a breakfast sandwich on hold and come and pick it up when i was ready. So i called 411 to get the number for McDonalds. This is where it goings down hill. i called McDonalds for 15min.!!! NO ONE answered the phone until breakfast converted into lunch! They were sooo obviese too. They picked up the phone at exactly 11:00am. on the dot! i told them that i would like a chicken biscut breakfast sandwich on hold for me to pick up and the lady on the phone told me they were no longer serving breakfast. i told them i've been calling for the last 15min. and no one would answer. She then put the manager on dutey on the phone. I said the same thing to him and he told me the same thing the lady told me, "we are no longer serving breakfast." I could not belive they would not give me my chicken biscut sandwich since they were the ones at fault. I probably wouldn't have taken it anyway since they probably would have done something to it anyway. What ever happend to the costumer is always right or at least manners? I can say this though, i guess my son and i will have to find a new breakfast place in the mornings and it's too bad. Good serves last a life time and poor serves doesn't.
