U-Haul Trailer Hitch Super Center of Panama City

Have twice showed up for appointments to have hitch installed, even calling to confirm hitch was in the second time. Both times told hitch was not in upon arrival. Hitch was already paid for online 10 days earlier. Customers were in parking lot complaining about service and line was to the door. Horribly managed, but employees themselves are very nice and polite.

Sent me out with a temporary license plate that was 6 months expired. The manager, Sherry, was a complete douche to me when I brought it up. I recommend choosing an alternate location.
