I think Mike is a real crook. He's only out for himself. He doesn't care about anything except his own profits and his own friends. He's very selfish.

The previous review for Mike's Appliance was right in that they are persistent with repairs, and honor their 90 day policy well.



However, that being said, their products are an entirely different story. We bought a washer and dryer set from them, started up our first load of laundry, and had the washer promptly overflow with water. The repairman came, said nothing was wrong, and left. We ran a second load, and it overflowed again (this time under the adjoining wall and into our neighbor's kitchen). Again, the repairman came and said nothing was wrong. This happened yet again until we finally demanded a washer exchange which they gave to us. Now again, after a couple of weeks with our "new-used" washer, it's started to make a loud screeching sound when running and smells like burnt rubber.

Mike's appliance is a very dependable and friendly store. He is willing to work dilligently to find the problem and won't give up. He delivers to your home, picks up, and is always extremely friendly. His products are priced very fairly and reasonably. I enjoy his smile and he is always friendly and respectable. The shop is always clean and pleasant and I think it is one of the higher quality shops in Paradise for used appliances.
