        Overall

        Jackson Hewitt does not honor there Basic Guarantee of making sure your taxes were done correctly. They did my mother taxes horrible incorrectly causing her to pay to Federal & State of over a $1000 when she was owed money back $1900+ dollars. They never return any of my phone calls. Do not get your taxes done by Parker or Castle Rock Jackson Hewitt.
