Kettle to the Metal

Modifications are constantly demonstrated for the beginners or those with special limitations, to those who want to push themselves.Prepare to sweat and have fun!

Start Time: 10:00 am; Duration: 55 minutes; Instructor: Matt Soza. Builds strength & flexibility through multi-planar and total body integration movements focusing on core training. This is followed by High Intensity Interval Training and Cardio Intervals designed to stoke your metabolism and shred fat to get that "8" pack.Some people call this Functional Training. A good class to add weekly to compliment the other classes. (up to 20 people)
Hiit Xpress
Start Time: 5:30 pm; Duration: 25 minutes; Instructor: Marlin Henderson. This class is 25 minutes of high intensity interval training. Most intervals are 1 minute in length. It is a complete body workout. Cardio, weight training, body weight exercises, plyometrics, and endurance drills are included in the class.
