Pasadena House Cleaning True Blue Maids

The owner, and all her employees truly hands down such sweet nice people, who do a great job! My wife and I hired them to do a deep cleaning on our new home and they did a splendid job. They cleaned everything we asked and everything was spotless, literally could eat off any surface! They were so good we decided to renew their service once a month.

After their second visit now they are worth their weight in gold. Again everything is spotless, ladies were so sweet to the animals in our home even playing with them!

Really, if you're not using their service to clean your home you're crazy! The owner is prompt with replies, great at scheduling and is very prompt to reply! The ladies who come to clean are always so sweet, i wish they'd stay to hang out when they're done! :)

I didn't have a problem with TBM, I found the staff very friendly and Lynette very helpful, until I approached her about the fact that her maids damaged a fairly new rug in my house. The vacuum chewed up the entire corner of the rug to the point where it can't be repaired. When I brought this to Lynette's attention, she said that her insurance (which she boasts about on all their advertisement) actually ONLY covers repairs! So not only did she insist that I still pay her the full amount I owed her, but she was very rude and unprofessional on the phone (when I refused to waste anymore time on the matter by letting her come and take pictures for an insurance claim that only covers repairs for an irreparable rug). Must have caught her on a bad day, but there's never an excuse to treat a customer poorly. So try TBM if you like maids who clean around things and you're okay with insurance coverage that will only pay for repairs on the items they break. Beware!!!

We have been enormously happy with Lynette's family owned and operated True Blue Maid Service of Pasadena. We always look forward to the twice a month service she provides. She does a fantastic job with her highly detailed cleaning, and eco-friendly supplies. The house is always spotless and smells great after each cleaning. True Blue has been affordable, professional, always communicative, trustworthy, and accommodating to any special needs. She really knows what she's doing, we never have to worry about something being overlooked or missed.

I found True Blue on YP, I thought I would give them a try and I am glad I did! I was in desperate need of a "Spring clean". I usually hire Merry Maids for this type of cleaning but decided to give this family business a try. I liked that they are from Pasadena and they are licensed. They checked out my home and gave me a GREAT quote almost half of what Merry Maids have charged me in the past. They brought all of the cleaning stuff and I watched them move my furniture to vacuum and they even did my dishes. I like the BONA they used on my wood floors.
