The Cheesecake Factory

My kids like to come here for dessert - it's your typical urban CF (e.g., no outdoor seating, loud, crowded). Parking can be challenging in Old Town Pasadena, but they do have valet in the evenings.

Very nice food, but it is too crowded all the time. Parking is also difficult to find.

You can never go wrong with Cheesecake factory. I always love all outlets of cheesecake facotry, and this one was great too.

I hesitate to write this bad review as this really was our frist disapointment..at cheesecake factory. ..In the pass we always came away satisfied, maybe it was our mistake for ordering.out.

We ordered the lg chinese chicken salad it was awfull the salad was so wilted most of the chicken was missing...and we orfered 2 sides of calamari that too was disapointing seems they gave us half the usual amount ...now my husband does not want to give you our bussiness because of it.I'm hoping you will make it right so we can continue to enjoy one of our favorite places to eat.. the 38.00 check was paid in cash...it was on Fathers day last....Plese make this good so my husband,myself and our good friends can continue to frequent your wonderful place as in the past. my name is Diana Diaz plz call me ...@dianadiaz2u.com my phone no. 818 613 6866 24/7

My husband and I go here quite a lot. He raves about the salmon (always fresh and cooked just right). I have tried many items here. All good. Favorite is Chicken Costelletta (sp?). Portions are large so we often split the 'appetizer' size Caesar salad and an entree (if he doesn't get the salmon). I'm not a big fish eater, but I do like the fish and chips. Bang-Bang chicken and shrimp is also a favorite. Must end with a slice of Tuxedo cheesecake, even if we take most of it home!

Great food as always, service is a little slow but probably due to how busy the place is any night of the week. Plan to wait in line for a bit before being seated. Otherwise, A +.

They have excellent ambience - good food and good priceses. For a normal person, the food is enough for 2 meals. I eat 3 slices of pizza for lunch so you can get an idea of how much meals they give you

This place has the best food. The menu offers a variety of selections, lots of good drinks, awesome desert, and good value

A little crowded at this location and perhaps a bit small, at times there are really long wait times (especially on Friday or Saturday nights). Otherwise the food is good and the service is prompt.
