Park Trace Apartments

So here's the thing... I never even had the opportunity to move in, because they sold the apartment out from under me. Who wants to do business with management that acts like that before you even move in?! I met with an agent in mid January who gave me a tour and told me an apartment would be available for move in on February 20. I told her I wouldn't sign anything until I saw the actual unit I would be moving in to (pretty standard if you've lived in apartments before). She said that would be no problem and that she would contact me at the beginning of February when the current tenant moved out to arrange a walk-through. I hadn't heard from them by the 10th, so I popped by to check in and they told me they had no units available. I tried to explain to them what was promised on my my first visit, explained that I never got a follow up call or email from them. The woman at the desk kept cutting me off, didn't offer any kind of apology or an offer to see what else was coming available. She literally shrugged and told me that "units sell fast, I should have come in sooner".



If it's too good to be true (RAVING reviews), it is. So there's some truth, take it or leave it.
