Wrongful Death
Some of the most serious types of car accidents involve a vehicle turning over onto its side or roof. Rollover accidents can be incredibly dangerous, and they are likely to cause serious injuries to a vehicle's drivers and passengers. In fact, the National Highway Traffic Safety Association reports that even though rollovers only occur in 3% of all motor vehicle accidents, rollovers account for 33% of all car accident fatalities.
