Do NOT use these people!!! Had work done with them a while back just to turn around and hire someone else at triple the price to redo it. Person that did the survey showed up in dress pants and dress shoes, didn't even bother going into the brush to take measurements which took about 60 feet off my property. Apparently if they can't find a marker on old property information it's okay to say it is "no longer in existence" and take a guess about where it would've been without asking, if he would've bothered to go into the brush it was clearly there. There is a reason they are the cheapest in the area.
