I placed a call at 9pm on Friday night to the pharmacist at that time concerning questions of an antibiotic I was taking. The pharmacist was rude, not helpful and not at all nice in the least. He snapped at me about going to my doctor and asking those questions to him and when I tried asking another question concerning the drug... if it had cases that the same thing it happened to that what was happening to me. He again snapped at me and said the same speech.. that I need to ask my Doctor. It wasn't necessarily what he said but the way he said it and that he wasn't trying to answer or hear my question at all.... and trying to be understanding and nice. I hung up the phone feeling hurt, discouraged and upset ... I have come to this pharmacy for years for my family with good service but honestly after the way I was treated on the phone by this pharmacist . I don't think I want to come anymore to get any pharmacy stuff from them anymore since there is so many competing places in the area. I need to spread the word of my bad experience
Great place to shop, everyone very helpful. They have a wonderful gift area to shop in, lots of unique gifts!
