Dr. Tiller is the best plastic surgeon ever!!! I had lipocontouring done as well as butt implants. He even did abdominal etching to look like muscles are showing! ;) I drove from Gulfport, MS to have him do my surgery bc he is the best out there on implants. He is very perfectionistic and did an amazing job! I have no ripples from the lipo and all is smooth.

I had consulted another surgeon about getting the butt implants here in Mississippi before I found Dr. Tiller, and the other surgeon told me there would be a minimum of a two inch incision scar that would show in a bikini and he would only do very small implants. With Dr. Tiller, I had absolutely no showing scar and he did the size I wanted.

I have since been getting tons of compliments from perfect strangers and I feel very confident in a bathing suit.

His office was very professional and they were able to get me in for surgery quickly, and they were very helpful in following up with me on how I was recovering.

Dr. Tiller is the best plastic surgeon by far! I will be going to him for future procedures.

Dr Tiller just moved his practice to Pensacola Florida, WOW, I plan to call him again, especially now that he is even closer. He did a wonderful liposuction on my hips tummy and lower back. The result was amazing. I blew out two treadmills over five years trying to get rid of those saddle bags... Dr Tiller got rid of them in a afternoon!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Tiller...beautiful outcome. I had my eyes, upper and lower, and neck lift which made me look and feel so much more like I thought I should look! all of it was out-patient, which suited me just fine. Lipocontouring, also alled liposuction, was easy also with good results. I'm so glad that I had these surgeries done-would definitely recommend Dr. Tiller. Great downtown office location, too.

Dr Tiller and his staff are first rate. I never thought having body implants (face and butt) would make such a huge difference.. but it did Thanks again. Dr. Tiller really took time to explain it all to me and called me many times afterwards to check in.
