United States Postal Service

This has been my local post office for 40 years. Well. The one a couple blocks away first. Everyone is friendly. They work hard and are under appreciated. Thank you guys for your hard work!!

For exactly a month I have been told to call this number provided by the post office all I get is a recording and it says to leave my number and they will call me back between 13 and 20 minutes they have never called me back they have the worst service ever and they call this United States Postal Service what a joke the recording at the post office tells you to follow the prompts that's exactly what I do but it keeps repeating the same thing over and over again it never takes me to the service that I'm asking for the whole place is retarded I've been trying to get keys to my mailbox for exactly one month I have not yet got my keys my mail is probably piled up in that box and I cannot get to it because they will not talk on the phone to anyone its a stupid recorder when I go up there they give me a phone number to call every time and they tell me the same thing every time I go up there man this is all the information that I can provide for you is this number that you're supposed to call I don't have any other information to give you I do apologize but this is the only information that I have that I can provide for you is a phone number is bull hockey

I was very happy with the service I received at this location! Staff very helpful with explains my shipping options!

I have found the people manning the USPS on Lillian Hwy to be efficient, friendly, and even neighborly!



However, the delivery schedule SUX!!



Would it be too hard to set up a schedule where-by the mail was delivered between 10:00 and 11:00, or between 2:00 and 3:00, or any set time?



I'm old and disabled, and walking the hundred yards or more several times a day gets painful.

I would have to say Lisa who runs this , has to be the worse person to deal with , incompetent workers our mai lady has to be the must laziest ever, I wish we could choose another post office being this one SUCKS!!!!

Horrible service and the people are very rude. Its like They don't want to help you. They're just there to make a paycheck.

They just left my packages on my doorstep with no notice and no one was home. They got stolen of course. Terrible service.

NEXT DAY MAIL IS A CRAP SHOT, AND WHY CAN'T I GET A REFUND FOR THIS OUTLANDISH FEE? ONCE MAIL IS PLACED IN MY MAIL BOX AND TEENAGERS COMING HOME FROM SCHOOL TAKE THE MAIL OUT AND TAKE WHAT THEY WANT AND THROW THE REST OF THE MAIL ON THE GROUND. tHEY ALSO LIKE TO RIP THE MAIL BOX DOORS OFF. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE? I WOULD ASSUME ITS THE POST OFFICE, IT IS A FEDERAL CRIME, RIGHT? IF NOT PLEASE DIRECT ME TO THE PROPER AUTHORITIES.
