This has been my bank for 22 years. This last year has been the most horrible experience. The new online system made it very branch dependent, requiring main branch phone calls for any support. I became locked out of my online account & had to call the local branch, during business hours. They requires I speak with someone at the branch headquarters to unlock my account. With only 1 person responsible for this process to fix it at the bank. I played phone tag & was repeatedly transferred to voicemail.
I had issues with online bill pay today & called the # given for support. I played ring around the bank branch today & advised the person not to transfer me to a voicemail, to which they ignored. I have now outgrew my bank. I would NOT recommend this bank to anyone who requires any kind of account management by using online tools. The level of service has slipped in recent years. It apears they do not care about consumers. Please beware before giving them your future business.
