Buffalo Wild Wings

I have been a regular customer at other buffalo wild wings, and this one is the worst! Bad service, bad food, horrible management. I never had a problem with BWs untill trying my new local resturant, now I have had two bad expierences in two trips. Go to Mayfair or West Allis but avoid Pewaukee!

We (2 of us) went in at 11:30 am. There were about 6 girls standing by the hostess stand who (apparently) are not there to seat us (yet). The directed us to go to a window and place our order and pay in advance. Once that was done we were handed a pager and advised to go back to the hostess station and ask to be seated. Eventually our pager went off so we went back up to the order window and were told to just sit down and a "server" would see the pager a find us with our order. It took a couple minutes, but eventually our order came and the food was not very good. Someone came and took our empty trays. What a bizarre experience. If your trying to save some money, don't cut back by not having wait staff, fire some of the excess hostesses who aren't needed (since there are no wait stations, there is really no reason for anyone to seat you). The whole flow of how they handle customers is out of whack and extremely uncomfortable. Insult to injury, if you go to the corporate website to add "feedback" and mark that you are not likely to return, the survey ends. Apparently they only want good feedback and not real constructive criticizm.

I called my order in about 2 weeks ago on a Sunday evening around 6pm. I had ordered 2 items from the menu and was told my order would be ready in 30-40 minutes. I went to pickup my order in 30 minutes; got to the restaurant to find at least ten other people there waiting for their orders; some of which had been waiting OVER an hour for one item. I glanced in the kitchen and saw that their warming window was PACKED with food waiting to go out to customers. The cashier manager on duty seemed to have no clue what was going on and was more concerned about having a waitress answer the phones than going into the kitchen; getting his hands dirty; and getting food out to the customers. About an hour after I called in my order I received it, got home, started eating and the food was not only cold, but tasted like it had been sitting around all day. For a new restaurant this is HORRIBLE service and if you want good food in a timely manner I suggest Applebees across the parking lot.
