Amerithai

Most people directed me to Circles for good Thai in South Philadelphia. Amerithai is right up the street, however the i9nitial reviews were not flattering to say the least. I don't know what happened but they are now my absolute favoriter Thai restaurant. Their Basil rice (both with chicken or shrimp) is one of the best I have ever had. Their Pad Thai is quite good as well, very basic but tasty. Also try their Crazy Noodles. The flavor was really good (although I don't like the wide noodles personally) I will say they are a bit heavy with oil, but again that is a personal preference. Also, several reviews mention the long delivery time. That certainly hasn't been our experience. It was fast and the drivers have been extremely nice. I am impressed with this small restaurants excellent food, and recommend it for anyone looking for something better than some of the well known Philly Thai spots.
