I want to start by saying that this is the first online review I have ever posted of anything.



I hired Henry and his crew to build a large roof deck on my house in Center City last year.



They did an excellent job. The deck is very strong and beautiful and Henry stayed within my budget. He is very hands on and cares about his work. Every step of the way he was there to discuss design and cost so I got the deck I wanted.



He was never late, showing up every morning at 7:50 ready to start. They worked some nights until dark getting as much done as they could. 7 days after Henry started, the deck was finished. Way ahead of schedule.



A couple weeks after he was done, I noticed a small issue with my old roof where the deck support beams made contact. I gave Henry a call and he came by the next morning to check it out. It ended up being a problem with my old roof flashing, which he did not even install. Regardless, he spent a couple hours fixing it and resealing so I didn't have to call anyone else.



He really enjoys the work and wants to provide a good product. Elite Modern Construction is the best contractor I have found and I recommend him to anyone for any sized project.

I wanted my porch rebuilt ASAP after waiting almost a month for the original guy I tried to hire to never do anything. They were very affordable and were able to start immediately. Henry and his extra workers showed up promptly at 8AM every morning and were very professional. The final result is exactly what I had hoped for! I would recommend Elite to anyone.

Got the kitchen of my dreams just in time for the holidays. The crew were very amicable and worked long hours to get the job done in time for Christmas. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to remodel their home. Although it is a small company, they supercede bigger companies with the quality of work and professionalism.

The contractors were there when they said they'd be, no hidden costs or extra's i paid what i was quoted. My kitchen and bathroom are better then i could have imagined.
