        Overall

        I was highly dissatisfied with the internet service. The ice machine was "out-of-order".

        We could not access our room safe.

        The shower curtain rod was not attached to the wall, so when we showered some of the water splashed onto the floor.

        Our room air conditioner did not keep the room very cool at all.
