On Feb.18 ,2011 while workin with 13 men who spoke zero english and last year were climbin banana trees.It was beyond dangerous;especially with the laguage barrier.Cheap labor forced every safety out the door:I got hurt on this date at work. As I am an ex-marine I endured this dilemma 'til June 22nd of this year when my doc took me out of work.I lost my apt., my truck, and all of my worldly possessions.I am gratefulhowever that my medical bills are being paid.I attended an I.M.E and the doc concurred that it was a work related injury.The defnse attorney "Barbar Karkut recommended to her client to pic up my claim several weeks ago;I still havent received a reply.Its cold outside ,and I am severly injured,my orthopedic surgeon at Rothman Institute recommend surgey. My attorney doesnt have knowledge of me doing this. Please find it in your heart and lets get this thing rapped up.I have two little children who I cant buy x-mas presents.
