Pinckney Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

After purchasing my car, I had to drive an hour back to their service department 2 times and the issues with my brakes were still not fixed. As an owner of 2 small businesses and a mom of 3 small kids, I simply don't have enough time to continue driving the hour down, waiting for 4 hours there and driving an hour back FOR NO REASON. I took the car into a local mechanic, who said that my brakes were metal on metal and was extremely unsafe to drive. Boom they fixed the issues. Just like that.

I then contacted this dealership and they refuse to reimburse my fees, even though I was able to provide invoices and such for both service visits, as well as mileage readings that proved that the brakes could NEVER have gone bad in the amount of time from when they "serviced" them and let me drive away in a dangerous vehicle, and when they brakes were actually fixed by a real mechanic.

Horrible horrible dealership and service department.

I purchased a Dodge Journey in 2012 and think it's Great, but last Friday we were at a funeral for Jason Hull who died at the age of 35 from cancer, and I want to Thank the owner of Pinckney Chrysler Dodge Jeep for what he did for Hull family. Thank You The Morton Family

After our vehicle was totaled, we were suddenly in the market for a new one asap. Dean and Audra worked swifty and efficiently to get the deal done! They understood our needs and were very accommodating. What was a bad experience ended up being wonderful. Will definitely be going there in the future!

Staff is very friendly and always there to help. I always recommend any friends to at least visit the dealershipt if there in the market for a new or used vehicle. I got my vehicle at pinckney chrysler and its been very awesome, and when my fiance needs his next car this is where he'll get it. Even just getting an oil change is nice, the service staff are always smiling and they get you in quick and out fast as they can.

I bought a 2003 impala from them a month ago. Everything seemed fine at first, they were friendly. They assured me that they checked the car over and it was in great condition. Right after I got it home I noticed that the heater wasn’t working and within the first 50-100 miles I put on it the check engine light went on. When I got the code read, it turned out to be the thermostat which I hear is a fairly easy job. When I test drove the car and when I drove it home I used the defrosters which work fine so I guess that’s how I missed the problem, that and I trusted them to be honest (which was my first mistake) When I talked to Pinckney Chrysler Dodge (after they had my money) they were no longer the friendly helpful people they were before. They told me they would fix the car, they just wouldn’t pay for it and that was the danger of getting a used car. Now after driving it a month I go out and it won’t start, looking like a bad starter. I will NEVER buy a car from them again! I don’t advise you to either but if you do take a chance, do not trust their used cars, have a mechanic look over it before you buy it!!!

We went here for a chance to deal locally. Not only did it take them 4 times (and $400+) to fix the problem, I believe we got scammed. What is the chance that all four tire pressure sensors were bad at the same time? I don't think so. After we picked the car up, it was so out of balance I thought we were going to lose a tire. Of course, they denied they did it and wanted yet more money to fix the balancing problem. I said enough and cut my losses. I went to the local tire shop and they balanced for free (I think they felt sorry for us)! When they went to fix it, the dealership kept my tire lock. NEVER DEAL HERE! When we picked up the car, there were alot of other people complaining about either them not fixing their issues. WHAT A SCAM!

I was looking for a Dodge Journey and went to a couple of places in the area and didn't really feel right about the way I was treated.
