AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care

NEVER take your car to this place for any kind of service. The short story is: they installed 5 transmissions in the span of one year. I kept bringing my car back because it was under warrantee. But even though it is still covered under warrantee, I will NEVER go back there. The last time I picked it u, it was left unlocked and had been rifled thru. The fluid looks like mouthwash, not transmission fluid and it still shifts slow and jerky. In my opinion, the only thing these people can do correctly is fast talk. SAVE YOURSELF AN HUGE HASSLE AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE....I am making a complaint to the BBB after a trusted mechanic tells me exactly what they gave me this time. My husband suspects it is not the remanufactured transmission I paid for, but one from a junk yard that was pressure washed and painted.
