I have known dezern electrician company my whole life and have done alot of business with them. Very nice and respectful people. I was very impressed with dezern electric..they were nice and polite on the phone. They were professional and punctual. Their work was neat and efficient.The electrician was polite and helpful, checked several other things in the house to make sure of what the problem was, didn't try to oversell or upsell, but just replaced the switch and then gave us the estimate for the box. I really liked the service and how well it was done, and appreciate the "no upsell" approach that they took..
